The Solution

Set up a streamlined WhatsApp support system to centralize all customer conversations. Added automated message flows for common queries like order status, product info, returns, and FAQs. Built data automation workflows to collect, organize, and update customer interactions, orders, and support tickets in real time. Integrated structured reports to show daily sales activity, customer patterns, and product performance. Reduced manual work by pushing updates directly into organized sheets/dashboards so the client could see 'what's going on' at a glance. Improved team response times and reduced operational overhead.
